Music has been turned from audible and intangible into a visual experience in this exhibition. Music is heard everywhere, and now it can be seen at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston through February 21, 2010.
Contemporary Outlook: Seeing Songs presents a mix of works from the Museum’s collections containing abstract and representational art using both audio and visual queues to help the observer ’see’ music. There are musical connections to forms such as pop, jazz, and classical. You will “see songs” when you visit this exhibit.
